We encourage you to carefully review the artwork images, descriptions, and dimensions before placing your order.
1. Damaged or Defective Items in Transit
We take great care when packaging and sending artwork, but once an item leaves our studio, shipping is the responsibility of the courier.

If there is any damage during transit, claims must be made directly with the courier, according to their insurance and procedures.

2. Custom or Commissioned Art

Custom commissions are created specifically for you and are non-refundable once production begins.
