• Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 6 business days from the date of purchase.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress.

2. Shipping Costs

• Fixed shipping prices are added to each individual piece of artwork at checkout.

• Shipping costs cover packaging, handling, and courier services.

3. Shipping Method

• We use Australia Post for all shipments.

• Domestic and international orders are shipped with standard tracked service.

• Delivery time varies depending on the destination and typically takes 3 to 14 days after dispatch.

4. Responsibility for Loss or Damage

• Once the package leaves our studio, any loss or damage during shipping is the responsibility of the courier.

• In the event of a lost or damaged package, we will provide support by supplying documentation or assistance to help you lodge a dispute with the courier.

5. Tracking Your Order

• After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• You can use this number to monitor your package and see the expected delivery date.
